These are awesome! I'm an OT and they're a great grounding tool for the kids I work with. My partner is a social development teacher and just bough a bunch more because his kids love them, and they work great to calm down a kid who is having a hard time in class. Obviously the goal is to eventually not need a sensory "gimmick" but they help give kids a cue that they can DO something to calm themselves, with the goal to eventually not need a tool.
The only thing is they tend to get dirty if they end up on the floor- the material picks up a lot of stuff.
