Fees & Delivery time
Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed between December 20, 2024, and January 2, 2025, will be processed upon our return from the holiday break, i.e. from January 3, 2025.
* Please note that transporters may experience delivery delays at this time, due to factors beyond our control.
For remote locations, delays and shipping fees can differ from our policy detailed below. An agent from our Customer Service will contact you it that case.
The orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when placing an order. In case of an inaccurate shipping address, if we must deliver the order to another address, an additional fee may be charged to the customer.
Quebec and Ontario
- $15 on orders under $99
- Free on orders of $99 and more
Rest of Canada
- $20 on orders under $99
- 15% on orders amount of $99 and more
Remote locations (Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and other remote locations in the provinces of Canada)
- Orders under $200, an additional charge of $35 will be added to the order total in addition to the shipping cost
- Orders over $200, an additional charge equivalent to 15% of the total order will be added to the shipping cost
Return and exchange policy
Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the item or if you change your mind, we will exchange or refund the item within 30 days of purchase. All you need is the original invoice and packaging. Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of the order being received.
Items ordered between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 may be returned until January 31, 2025. These items remain subject to other terms of the return policy.
